Arriving at tHE BROADMOOR

Our historic hotel is close to both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport, and offers a variety of transportation services and assistance for groups hosting an event at the resort.

• CO Springs Airport One-Way Direct Shuttle Transportation - $24

• Private sedans and SUV's also available by reservation


Valet Parking: Valet parking is available to all overnight guests. The charge is $27 per night. Valet parking is complimentary for day visitors.

Parking Garage: Self-parking for a 24-hour period is $22 per night, with in and out privileges. Day charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $10 per day.



At 6,200 feet above sea level, Colorado Springs is located in relatively arid country on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. Because of its wide range of elevations, Colorado Springs has a delightful mixture of plains and mountain climate, along with 300 days of sunshine per year.


Our award-winning Colorado luxury resort offers a variety of distinctive lodging options for your group, including 622 guest rooms, 11 suites, two Brownstones, one 5 bedroom Estate House, 44 cottage bedrooms and the 10 cabins at the Ranch at Emerald Valley.

Rooms are European Plan and Rates Quoted do not include Current Lodger's & State Sales Tax of 10.25%, PIF of 2.75%, & a Daily Service Charge of $32.00 for Single/Double Occupancy and $2.50 for each additional person.

The Broadmoor’s extensive variety of resort activities add the enjoyment of every event. During downtime, your group can experience an authentic western adventure with horseback riding and guided hikes, take advantage of our award-winning Spa and championship golf courses (group tournaments /golf outings can be arranged), schedule a match at our top-ranked tennis center.  We can also offer your group one-of-a-kind experiences like Falconry, zip-lining, paintball, Geocaching, and so much more. Our event planners are more than happy to help plan specific activities based on your group’s interests, including teambuilding opportunities.

Broadmoor Entertainment, provides whatever you need for your event. They specialize in music and entertainment for  groups of 1000 or more, to a cocktail party for 20 or less, a wedding of any size, as well as the rehearsal dinner,. They have provided some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry for corporate events, as well as solo guitarists for a quieter setting.  They handle logistic's, contracting, event management, liability insurance compliance, and the billing couldn't be easier as it goes directly to your master account.
